Since 2001 I joined the technical department of TSLG, from an electrical and mechanical technician, learning professional technology, emmersed in the corporate culture of TSLG, all the way up to the management position, it has been nearly 21 years. Along the way, I saw the focus and diligence of TSLG. We have always been committed to the fastener pre-coat industry and the electronic 3C industry; at the same time, we continue to invest and innovate to develop with the rising automotive industry. We have grown from one plant to 8 plants, and our production lines have become more and more diversified. I do not fear the equipment and technology of high requirements, rather, I am more willing to take on the mission of team building and talent cultivation. 

Our team members come from all over the world, and talent management is based on each individual's personality and characteristics, and guidance is provided with different cognition, so that the team can be more proactive and service conscious. I still remember the helping words of a plant manager and our general manager that "it takes patience to cultivate the subordinate, besides skill set, the right work attitude is essential, so that every TSLG employee can integrate into the corporate culture". In 2001, there was only me in the department. With talent development over the years, the department has more than ten employees. In 2010, it was a milestone year, we sent half of the department manpower to build Kunshan No. 2 Plant.  Since then, the two plants have been working together, supporting each other and achieving mutual success. 

Our focus and dedication is the guarantee of the company's sustainable operation. When there is a problem with the production line, the technical department will always send people to go to the site, instead of just talking about it on paper in the office, to solve the problems in a deeper level behind the problem. Every year during the strategy planning, the company top management is dedicated, one plant by one plant, to participating in the process of professional guidance to the operation and management of each plant, to cope with increasing challenges in the market, TSLG vigorously invests the system establishment, including simultaneous upgrade of hardware and software.

I have been serving in TSLG for 16 years, mainly responsible for work related to quality assurance and verification, which is very systematic. We have established a complete system and platform in all learning aspects, such as customer service, implementation control, teamwork, learning development, TSLG contines to advance and grow. There were only four plants when I first joined the company. Now it has expanded to right plants. To cope with the future expansion, it is very foresighted in the site selection, employee job arrangement, and project planning, which is always with vision and  "early deployment".

When I first joined the company, I told my supervisor that I would be willing to take overseas job assignment, and soon I was rotated to Kunshan Plant for six years, where my main responsibility was to handle customer complaints. Very often, I received customer messages and immediately needed to check production data, customer feedback and communicate with sales. Once the genral direction of sultion was formed, I flew to the customer site to resolve the problem,  At that time, a lot of information was unknown, and I always felt a lot of pressure. But now when I look back, it was the happiest, most growing and rewarding time for me.

I have been with TSLG for eleven years, and now I am working in the HQ - Finance Management Unit as an assistant manager. When I first joined the finance department of the Yangmei Plant, my job focuses on the financial management of the Yangmei Plant. Later, I was transferred to the HQ and worked with the management of the Group, including the integration of the Group's finance and taxation, the establishment of the Group's cost operation regulations, and the centralized purchase of key components and raw materials.

When I first started to undertake cost accounting work, I was not yet experienced enough in the related work and suffered some setbacks, but as time passed, I gradually became familiar with the work, and became comfortable with it, and finally became an expert in the field. I also received Outstanding Employee Award in 2018, as my greatest honor of being employee in TSLG. 

Our business philosophy is "to be a value-based service provider". We do our best to establish honest and pragmatic relationships with our customers, and besides basic product processing and development, we are able to assist our customers in expanding their manufacturing and solving the problems they encounter. To achieve this goal, the company also started internal transformation, expecting both direct and indirect employees to become "knowledge based employees". In addition, the company has established a culture of common prosperity, believing that the glory belongs to all of us, and all revenues and profits are openly and transparently shared by all employees. Growing together with the company!

When I first joined TSLG, I was a young man who just completed military service, and I was recommended by my friends and relatives to take up the position of machine operation leadman. From being a front-line operator, I have now become the leading person to improve production technology. It has been 27 years. Looking back on the 3rd year of my career in TSLG, I was recommended by the plant manager to be reserve cadres, and received a series of professional technical training and management knowledge education, benefiting me significantly.

In the era of rapid technical advancement, it also challneges the reponsiveness of the industry. In a production environment, I have a deep feeling about this. In 2016, we received an order for TSL seal, which does not seem not challenging today  (2022), but we had no corresponding manufacture experience at all then. It took less than four months from receiving the order to completion. The team worked together and encouraged each other through the process, and worked tirelessly to meet the customer's deadline. It is not only completion of an imortant mission but also a breakthrough, innovation and deep honor with the company.

"Growing together with the company" is the deepest feeling I have in my 27 years career with TSLG. In my memory, when I started at the company, it was a traditional machine processing company for furniture, power tools and skating shoes...etc., and now its anti-loosening products are sold to mobile phones, 3C, automotive and EV industries.  Six production bases are not only based on the company's process innovation, but also the employees constantly learning related knowledge from the company's introduction of new equipment and new technology development. I am proud of the employees at TSLG, and welcome more like-minded talents to join us!
